Sarvashresth Mantri Award to IPH Minister:
- Irrigation and Public Health Minister Mahender Singh Thakur was conferred upon Fame India Sarvashresth Mantri Award for distinguished services in politics and as Minister by Fame India Magazine.
- The Award was presented by Union Minister for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey who was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
International Lavi Fair begins:
- Governor Bandaru Dattatraya inaugurated the four-day long International Lavi fair at Rampur in district Shimla.
- This fair has remained an important trade fair between India and Tibet for centuries and was a unique example of the glorious, social, cultural, economic history and legacy of Himachal Pradesh.
- This is the only trade fair in Himachal Pradesh.

- सिंचाई और सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य मंत्री महेंद्र सिंह ठाकुर को फेम इंडिया पत्रिका की तरफ से सर्वश्रेष्ठ मंत्री सम्मान से राजनीति में विशिष्ट सेवाओं के लिए सम्मानित किया गया।
- इस अवसर पर केंद्रीय कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता मंत्री डॉ महेंद्र नाथ पांडे द्वारा पुरस्कार प्रदान किया गया, जो इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि थे।
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय लवी मेला शुरू:
- राज्यपाल बंडारू दत्तात्रेय ने जिला शिमला के रामपुर में चार दिवसीय अंतरराष्ट्रीय लवी मेले का उद्घाटन किया।
- यह मेला सदियों से भारत और तिब्बत के बीच एक महत्वपूर्ण व्यापार मेला रहा है और हिमाचल प्रदेश के गौरवशाली, सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक, आर्थिक इतिहास और विरासत का एक अनूठा उदाहरण था।
- यह हिमाचल प्रदेश का एकमात्र व्यापार मेला है।
