Q52 should be scrapped and is wrong. Jammu Kashmir since the passing of jammu Kashmir reorganization act last year is a union territory with Lt. Governor replacing the lesgisature which ceased to exist on the day of passing . So both J&k and west Bengal should be the answer . How can it be brought to commission notice , except writ any other way?
