There will be an objective type screening test of one paper consisting of 100 questions of 2 hours duration as below:

Syllabus:

1. 80 questions of multiple choice of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. 10 questions consisting General Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh
3. 10 questions consisting of General Knowledge of National / International affairs
