   Sir ji,
   Every paper being conducted in 2020 is purely factual. Number of conceptual questions are negligible. Taking this as mirror I think we should start mugging up SSC facts for HAS Pre exam. Even Himachal GK is factual 🙁

   So candidates focus on facts more for HPAS Pre.
