Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission today declared the result of Written Objective
Type Screening Test for the recruitment of 1867 posts {Gen (UR)-700, Gen (EWS)-261, Gen
(WFF)-24, OBC(UR)-304, OBC(BPL)-62, OBC(WFF)-06, SC(UR)-353, SC(BPL)-54, SC(WFF)-13,
SC(WXSM)-01, ST(UR)-70, ST (BPL)-18 & ST (WFF)-01} of JOA (IT) (on Regular/ contract
basis) Post Code: 817 held on 21st March, 2021, as per the award list and ratio approved
(1:10) by the Hon’ble Commission. The requisitions to fill up these posts were received from
Various Govt. Departments/Boards/Corporation etc. and advertised vide advertisement No.
36-3/2020 dated 21.09.2020 and addenda dated 20.10.2020 and 22.01.2021.
In response to this advertisement, 227838 applications were received out of which
209992 applications were provisionally admitted.
The Written Objective Type Screening Test was held on 21st March, 2021 in which
107878 candidates appeared and 102114 candidates remained absent. Out of total 107878
candidates appeared, the following 19024 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for
further selection process i.e. typing skill test.
